在我的房間裏

每次被打完手心，回到座位上他就開始哼歌：「Crying, crying, crying, cry-i-i-ing……」

我覺得很好笑，問他：「這是甚麼歌啊？哭個不停的。」

我不記得他有沒有跟我說過歌手的名字，我只記得那首歌的部分旋律。Crying是我們的主題曲，國中三年我們哭個不停。

上了高中後我就很少哭了，在學校裡最常聽見的音樂是瑪丹娜，建中學生看起來都很神氣，沒有人會輕易crying。

然後我上大學了，有一天我買了一張CD，是Roy Orbison的遺作，叫做《King of Hearts》，裡頭有一首歌就叫做《Crying》。

終於讓我找到《Crying》了，雖然不是原始版本，但是Roy Orbison和k.d. lang的合唱非常完美，一個溫柔得像在啜泣一個激昂得像在慟哭，把失戀的人哀傷無助的情緒表達得絲絲入扣，是我聽過最深情感人的歌曲之一。

每次聽到這首歌我就想哭。……

我想到我的國中同學，個子小小、理著平頭、手心紅腫、低聲哼唱crying的少年。我想笑，可是一牽動嘴角，還沒笑出來呢，淚水就流了下來。

你在哪裡啊？可憐的小孩。我不記得你的名字了，可是我永遠也不會忘記你的crying。
